How long does each therapy session take?
A session generally runs for one hour. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your issue and work out a plan for therapy sessions. If required, session times can be altered.
What is the cost of treatment?
The general rate for a one hour session for an individual is €80. For couple, group or family sessions, please contact me directly to discuss.
Are you covered by health insurance providers?
Many health insurance providers will cover a percentage of your treatment on a claim back basis. Please contact your provider directly to confirm.
Do you offer remote services?
For those who are geographically or time challenged or simply prefer to remain at home, I offer teleconference sessions via Zoom. I can talk you through this process when you contact me.
